Ban the User Above (regular)

This is what I meant to start when I made the Role Playing Banning topic. However, I accidentally posted it in the RP section, so I changed it. However, it was kindly moved by Atrius/Charon (I forget which of you moved it).

Anyway... You can only ban the one user above (but you can ban more than the user above if you include them).

An example is hardly needed, right? Oh well, here is one just in case...

Garet: Lalala...

Isaac: I ban you for being you.

Garet: I ban you for being a jerk to me, that isn't like you.

Sheba: I ban you, baby...

Yoshi: I ban the three of you for practically insulting each other.
